Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website (kasofsk.xyz), the Battle Buffet stream (twitch.tv/battlebuffet), and the tool we use to publish our own videos to YouTube. Dumbo LLC ("we") operates all three.

This website

This website has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy.

Battle Buffet

Battle Buffet is a stream on Twitch. When you chat in the channel or use its commands, we receive your Twitch user ID, display name and the messages you send to the stream, from Twitch. We keep your user ID and name with a play-money balance, the bets you place and your stream statistics, so the game can track them over time. Play money has no monetary value and can't be bought, sold or withdrawn. We don't sell this information or share it with anyone, except that it appears on the stream itself. Your use of Twitch is governed by Twitch's own terms and privacy notice. To have your Battle Buffet records deleted, email us.

YouTube API Services

We use an internal tool that uses YouTube API Services to publish short videos we make ourselves to our own YouTube channel, Battle Buffet. Only Dumbo LLC uses it: it is not offered to anyone else, and no one outside the company can sign in to it or connect an account to it. It is authorized, through Google's OAuth, for our channel alone, with permission to upload videos and nothing else.

What it collects: nothing about YouTube users. It does not access, collect, store or share any information about viewers or other channels. The only things it keeps are the ID and link of each video it uploads to our channel and the time it posted it, so it never posts the same video twice.

Deletion and revocation: you can ask us to delete any information we hold about you by emailing contact@kasofsk.xyz. The tool's access to our channel can be revoked by the channel's owner at any time at Google's security settings page, security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, after which it stops working and stores nothing further.

By watching our videos on YouTube you are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Changes and contact

We'll update this page if our practices change, and change the date above. Questions or deletion requests: contact@kasofsk.xyz.
